A new visitor

Well with a healthy number of birds arriving today I was surprised to look out and discover this squirrel, climbing up the branches towards the food. I haven,t seen a squirrel before (in my garden I mean!) and was very surprised. It was quite bold and enabled me to take a number of pics, two of which I have blipped here.

So the week ends and I can look forward to an evening with my son. I am cooking chicken and mushroom pie which went down well with him last time I did it. Then can't get to football tomorrow so may watch cricket locally, first game of the season, of course assuming rain does not intervene.
