Pampered....

My sweetie joined me in my day off and we had couples massages booked at home. I usually have a few massages a year and my favorite masseuse has left her local spa and now freelances. I booked back to back sport full body massages for us this afternoon. We had a slow quiet morning and then I slipped out for a half hour run in this glorious sunshine we are having. It went up to 14 today, downright tropical. After a quick shower the massage was so welcome and wonderful. A nice BBQ and bottle of wine and we will call it a perfect day spent recharging our batteries....soooo relaxing!
