Flower Friday

A couple of days ago I spoke the neighbour in the flat below mine about the falling down fence I blipped on the 9th. His garden is on the other side so the problem fence is nothing to do with him. But since he's lived here for 30 years, I thought if anyone knew who owns which fences in the neighbourhood, it would be him. 

He also thinks the falling down fence belongs to my other neighbour not to me. And he gave me this cactus. He told me what it's called but I've forgotten already!
