Another Month, Another Cable Car

The effects of last nights cocktails seemed to hang around mainly in my teeth today- they felt like they were going to drop out. After lunch I met Els and we made our way up to London, changing our original plan to visit the swan pedalos at Alexandra Palace for a ride on the new cable car. It's really strange that there's now a cable car in London, and wandering around a part of the city I'd never been to before felt a lot like we were on holiday. The cable car has amazing views, but seems to go very quickly. It was a bit wobbly when we were up there, which didn't mix very well with the hangover.

We then had a really tasty roast with the others in Crouch End and after checking the awful weather forecast, attempted to get an early night before the big lido challenge tomorrow.
