Meet my Mum

Three years ago today Mum passed away at the age of 90.  Our day today has been one of reflection and there have been tears and laughter as well.  There are lots of wonderful stories I could tell you about my Mum ....and my Dad.  They were the most loving parents who were always encouraging us in our endeavours.  When I look back on my life growing up in Perth, Western Australia, I realise that I had the most amazing upbringing and for that I will always be grateful.

I took this beautiful image of my Mum only two months before she passed away.   Always proud of her appearance and such a lady, she still had a twinkle in her eye. 

Mum's favourite bird in the whole world was the little Blue Wren.
