Syphon Coffee

Had a few moments to visit our local coffee shop in Tijuana with the multifarious methods for brewing coffee. I hadn't had one of these for a while so decided to try their siphoned coffee - it was very good, though I'm hard pressed to tell the difference between this and a number of pour over methods with the same coffee I tried earlier in the week!
