Resting his Bum

We met this pair when we were walking back from Stratford along the canal towpath. Hector and Ziggy really couldn't get over his size (the dog, not the man). We have a Shetland pony in the field across the river from our house, and I swear that this old boy is bigger than the pony.  He is a Great Dane, and this black and white variety is called a "Harlequin".
There were some stunning skies and cloud formations to be seen on our walk. I've put one in as an extra.
