Orchid & Hoverfly

I think it's a Heath Spotted-Orchid - not 100% sure because it's not a very spotted orchid and it's not a very sharp picture! Spotted(!) on Daniel's first visit to Crombie.

While filing the photo I realised that it was a year ago yesterday we discovered Jem was pregnant - and a year ago today I went on a long walk (well, actually quite a long sit in some hides as well, with lots of photos involved) to process that unexpected news!
