Duck

Polish food is mostly known for its dumplings and potatoes and for most places its on the menu. But look a little further and you can discover the most exciting dishes of duck and goose.  Ok so not something I would eat regularly but as a one off I have to say this was delicious.

We did find a few veggie places but mostly it was stuffed cabbage or fish .. they didn't quite understand the concept of fish not being a veggie dish.
