Another long day starting with a call to India.

I spent most of it at the University of Northampton at a conference show casing the work of their students studying IT Service Management. It might sound dull to you but I really enjoyed it, especially interviewing two of the MSc graduates for the podcast.

I also got to meet up with an old friend from Bristol days which was rather nice.

And all the time I've been rather cleverly balancing another set of constantly changing deadlines.

In fact it was quite a good day until I just looked down and discovered one of the dogs has been sick all over my feet.
