Heron

A Heron was visiting the area across the road from the apartment again when I came home from work this afternoon. At first, it was quite close to the Great Crested Grebes nest that is there, which one of them made very clear it wasn't happy about at all and it made the Heron fly off to the spot where I photographed it.

Apparently - and I have to admit, somewhat to my surprise -  my left hand and wrist haven't suffered any consequences from taking yesterday's photos of Rosie.
