Falling son ...
My son's army cadet unit was meant to be marching today in an ANZAC ceremony. Due to the rain, it was held inside the local RSL club instead. Standing to attention for over an hour under the bright lights, they started falling like flies. I counted seven off to the side, under the care of the St John's ambulance volunteers. The young scouts holding flags on the opposite side of the hall were also dropping at an alarming rate, so the medics were rushing between both groups.
No stamina, the youth of today!
