Fire, fire!

 A huge mound of rubbish  (leaves, branches, dirt, scrub) from the sawmill down by the airport was on fire today.  When I first smelt the smoke it was like someone had cleaned out their fireplace and the ashes were wet, then it smelt like wood burning.  We could see the big plume of smoke from home and the smell went all through the house.  I drove down that way to have a look at lunch time and it was quite spectacular.  I couldn't get a photo from the front as it meant I would have had to stand in the road and I didn't think that was a good idea  so went around the back and onto the little footbridge across the stream that runs around the area.  There was some good flames from that angle.
