The Telling Off
I rang my new internet provider and spoke to a polite person probably in Mumbai asking about why my landline had been cut off and when was my new service going to start. Well when I was getting told "I don't know" and other bits and pieces that was not what I was told the week before I escalated the issue. The supervisor may have rung me back but I didn't take the call as by then, the complaints department had dealt with the issue. The long and the short of it is. No phone and no internet until next Tuesday. I decided however to buy a new laptop and try the dongle on that. Stay tuned...
Oh and this was at the Cowrie Hole on the way home.
