The Real Face of Nature

This is a picture that I have taken in my neighborhood, and in the picture, a cat can be seen, looking at a bird in a tree and waiting for the right moment to make its move. It is always fascinating for me to see meek animals such as cats hunt, even though they don’t depend on hunting anymore, thanks to humans. It is in their nature, and they do this by instincts, which is really interesting to observe. For example Nunu, my cat, also hunts and sometimes kills animals such as birds, but she doesn’t eat them because she doesn’t like their taste. She does it because of her cat instincts.
 

Sometimes I wonder whether we, as humans are actually affecting animals’ such as cats and dogs nature by giving them food and shelter, as all of these are not things that are in their nature. However we are the ones who have created this environment of building and roads for these animals, and so there is no place for them to continue their existence by hunting. So again, we as humans are guilty.  But my belief is that because most of the animals are born in this environment, they don’t find this abnormal, however they continue hunting and doing other sorts of activities, as these are all instincts that they get when they are born.
