Blossom in the making

We're still discovering what plants are coming up in the garden of our new home, and this is some of the blossom about to burst out on the pear tree.
We also have a very healthy crop of rhubarb, some of which I made into a lovely crumble last week...picking it seems to have encouraged a lot of new growth.
Not quite sure what I'll do with all the pears though...any ideas?
