Planning

We spent time today planning the next part of our Finland trip. Exciting to see St Petersburg on the satnav screen even though we are not going that far.

A shock to have grey skies and rain. But we did have a few holiday housekeeping tasks to do so it wasn't a problem. We are staying in the centre of the city, just down the street from the main department store. I popped in there to the food department this afternoon. It is a big store with a good name but it was practically empty. At times I could see no one not even a shop assistant. I presume that's how royalty experiences shopping?
