Huddsbird

A very helpful hungry robin!

Lie in and then up and breakfasted! Popped to get a few more cans of drink for our trip, then off with the bikes again. Started this time at Burscough , lots of cyclists out, but few bumbling with a bear taking their time and photos like us! Along the canal to mere sands wood nature reserve, beautiful spot. We wandered around, popped in the hides and took photos whilst a lady did her regular meal worm feed of robin. Captured some lovely photos and had a nice chat. Then there was the dog who just laid down as he had had enough, paw over his face to show how serious he was and everything! No kingfisher seen unfortunately. Then on a little way further to Rufford, lovely cafe stop - flapjack to be tested! It passed with flying colours. Then on along the canal again, walking path rather than bridle way so a little bumpy on the buttocks! Now having a photo sort and refreshment of a little Rose, before packing and then BBQ tea. Another good day, perhaps a bit of Wii sorting before bed!
