Crackling blip....

Some say it takes a perfectionist to achieve the perfect crunchy crackling.....
I don't think so, all you need is a freshly boiled kettle, Some table salt and a knowledge of when to cover and uncover the joint with foil during cooking :)
Easy peasy....
