Getting Ready To Roll Eggs In Nest

I stop every few days to watch the eagles taking care of their egg/eggs in the nest.  It always make me feel better when I see them get up to roll the eggs.  Although one never is sure that the eggs will hatch.  I was talking with Dennis Manzer, our local eagle expert who has been following many of the eagles here in Washington County, OR....he says he has seen a pair sit on a nest for long long after the eggs should have hatched...so one way of the other, they are hopeful parents till the end.

We are expecting the egg/eggs will hatch about April 30th of May 1st...so it won't be long:)
