Brussels

I was speaking at a think-tank event in Brussels this afternoon, but had a little time to gather my thoughts in the morning. My hotel was near Place de la Bourse, where the people of Brussels has chalked messages following the bombings a few weeks ago. The rain had not yet washed them away - and hundreds of flowers, candles and other tokens still remained.
