First race of the season

..at Herringthorpe track. Rafi ran a good 100m and won with a time of 21.1 secs. Unfortunately in the 200m he knocked into someone on the neighbouring lane and the other person fell over! Catastrophe for the little lad and Rafi, but he's ok thank goodness. Rafi has never trained to do the 200m which involves travelling around the curve of the track, so it's not surprising he had a problem.
It was sunny but freezing as we stood around for hours waiting for our races.
