A glimmer of light...

Today was the second part of my CBT course.....I wasn't looking forward to it, the weather was awful and I almost didn't go.....
But, I found it much more helpful this week.....interestingly, in the lift afterwards, a couple of people said they preferred last weeks session.
I guess we're all in different places and need to take what helps us most
