Emile Serisier bridge Dubbo

After work we walked along the Macquarie River in Dubbo. There is a great track along both sides of the river and you can cross over this low level bridge and back over the high bridge ( which is there for when the river floods). The other iron construction is a rail bridge.
I like the contrast of nature and man made structures and the slight blur of the cars ( shutter 1/50th second) and stillness of the river.
I think Emile Serisier was an early Mayor of Dubbo.
