Sparrow Grass

The spear that appeared just after Hogmanay disappeared, and no wonder! There are new spears showing now, from (I think) 5 plants, so we may get a wee meal out of them.
As I recall, we are supposed to let most of the spears grow and flower this year, then we can properly harvest them next season...
