No ma'am - we're musicians.

First rehearsal for Lise Live XXXiii after last week's auditions.  Some kids were disappointed today when the list was published and they realised that they had not made it in to the show - life is tough, especially in the world of Performance.  I salute you for being brave enough to try.  For those who were successful, today's rehearsal was comparatively stress free - much more so than usual with this new system of auditioning the week before rather than combining audition with rehearsal.  Some things don't change though - such as my inability to take a sharp shot of a bunch of musicians mid-performance in dim lighting and much excitement.   Try again tomorrow. 

If you want to know more - you are looking at students and their science teacher romping through their own version of this.  Rather successfully too.
