Walking at the Panorama

Today I went out with the walking group for the first time since February as a muscle injury in my leg had made me have a forced break. We went to Llangollen for a walk in the Panorama area - a real test as there were some very steep sections. I could tell that I my fitness had suffered but it was great being able to do a decent walk again. Good to be out with the crowd too!
