Mallard

I remember blipping an unusually coloured mallard some time ago and being told by several blippers how promiscuous they are (and not averse to ganging up on females from other species too!) This is one of those cross-bred ducks.   I picked up some duck food from the cafe in St Ives and took a walk to the feeding station on Coppice Pond to entice the ducks closer, and was rewarded with several decent blips of mallards, greylags, the lone swan, tufted ducks and coots.  I'm guessing that the white duck with orange bill and feet is a domestic duck ??
