Roof top

Olivia doesn't like her cot. She goes to bed in her parents' bed, then is moved. This morning she woke at 1, screaming. She went back to her parent's bed, I lay awake, hot.

It was hit again today, 35 degrees, sunny and no rain. What a difference to last September and the haze.

Olivia and I went to 1 Mont Kiara, raked round the shops and had a wee rest in the cafe with the rooftop garden. Lovely orchids.

After lunch we went to the pool. I was sleepy in the sun. There was a lot of splashing!

#1 d in l was home later than expected and we had burgers, salad and wedgies for tea. Last night we Skyped Martin and James. Tonight it was mum and J. Olivia seemed more interested in her great granny than her 2nd cousin.

Wen Fang came for tea and got Olivia going again. So much for bedtime routine!

The Internet was playing up. My first version of this disappeared in the ether!
