Tonight I made dinner for my roommate...oopppsss I mean housemate, sorry Hannah...and my neighbor. It was a recipe that I got from Marci in Zambia. I wish I would have taken a picture of it! I totally forgot! It was yummy!

But I decided to take a picture of a book I am reading. There were a few tears after reading the parts about Zambia.
