Better than Hawaii!

It's 88 degrees F here at 6PM but so lovely !   H and I got our new rowing boat out this morning to try it with 2 people.  An extra adult can sit in the stern if we put a weight in the bow,. ( could take several kids... )  Only one person can row but we can switch on the water... so we traded off.  And I got to TAKE PICTURES!    (You might see lots of lake shots. ) These are some of the colorful floating homes.   The extra is a shot of the city (I only see 8 cranes here!) with rowing launch, rowing quad, 2 kayaks and a seaplane taking off.  (Im trying out some of the new Nik collection,.... most often I go back to the original out of the camera, but here's a BW) 
 You'd think it was summer!!
A colormeisters meeting for our condo -I wouldn't have believed it but we are making progress...  maybe the paint will happen in 2017! :-) )
