Iridescent Feathered Mallard Drake.....

The mallard ducks are courting at the local pond and this Male Mallard looked particularly handsome with the afternoon sun on his iridescent green feathers.....
We are invited to our lovely  neighbours tonight for dinner and to watch the sun set across the Bay....,so looking forward.....
