The Lake Today

Today I returned from Wellington. The ferry trip was lovely with flat seas and sunshine. The scenery, once in the Marlborough Sounds is stunning. However it was great to get home after a very busy but satisfying few days away. Maisie was overjoyed to see me and she and I enjoyed a walk around the lake at the Taylor Dam, our happy place.
