Le Grand Bal Du Marval

Today was Bastille Day, so we decided to get involved with some of the local celebrations.

This evening we headed off to a dance & firework display in Marval. The dancing was incredible - all the couples seemed to have their own routines worked out, twirling around effortlessly and never bumping into each other (I think that's the bit that impressed me the most..!) The couple in the centre of the photo was my favourite - they danced beautifully to every number, and never once let go of each other.
