Oink Oink

A trip to Gorgie Farm this morning with a group of children. A nice wee place.
Driving the mini bus, dealing with car seats and town traffic left me exhausted and I fell asleep on my lunch break.

The rest of day I found I was agitated and finding everything stressful.
This is not me. I don't like it.

Came home and sat and did nothing. The next thing I knew an hour and 15mins had passed.

Made tea, got lunch for tomorrow sorted, self harmed and returned to the sofa.

Bracing myself for a very full on day tomorrow.
