Not a lot of snow left

When the forest near my flat is starting to become clear from snow it's a true  sign that spring has been progressing. The woods are so dense and shady that it's one of the last places to have snow (apart from spots where snow has been intentionally piled). On a sunny day you can feel the temperature drop instantly when you enter the woods.
