'We are what we do.'

By Hasywell

Tranquility...

... once everyone else had left the beach.

Three beautiful things:

Supper on South Milton beach - much needed time out after a tough two days on an attachment and relationship course for foster carers.  By the end of this afternoon, I felt completely emotionally drained.  Solitude, the sunset and soothing sound of the waves lapping on the shore helped to ease the mind.

Watching a Heron catch and eat its supper - completely mesmerising.

Boiling a kettle on the beach with my camping stove - just something so comforting.

One thing to be grateful for:

Photography and the ability to lose myself in it for hours.

Today this song resonated:

Passenger - Rolling Stone
