nicola and david

so my freind nicola is staying at the apex next door to mine and callums flat, and since this illness hasnt totally subsided, luckily a few lovely people offered to cover my shifts for this week at the theatre, and this meant i had last night off.
so anyway,nicola and her fiance(one e or 2 for a man?!) wanted to have a wee catch up, even though i only saw them last week at shivs party, but still, its not nearly often enough that we get to spend a lot of time together.
anyway, so we met my friend alice, had a drink(juice for me!) then nicola and david bought some takeaway, and we went back to their hotle room and chatted for hours, which was nice.
this was the pretty view as we were walking back from the takeaway place.
i had a massive sleep last night(about 9 hours solid-apart form only 1 trip to the toilet at 6am), and today i feel so much better.not 100% better, but better.
thank christ for that, i was starting to think i had some crazy disease and wouldnt live out the rest of the week.walking up arthurs seat today, and hopefuly my little, still slightly ill, legs can make it, and the walk will do me good.then going to bed super early to then get up at 530am, bleugh....
