 Our daughter and two grandchildren arrived from Wellington today for an autumn holiday.
 
For schools in NZ this is the holiday break between the first two terms of the year.  The school year, starting in February and ending in December is based on four terms.
 
Thank you for the many lovely comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s Tiny Tuesday blip - and yes, land snails do have eyes – the eyes are the black dot on the end of the long tentacles while the shorter ones are for smell.
