This is good! ;-((

I am not under this hospital and the surgery listed has not been my surgery for 4 or 5 years. I have not seen the persons mentioned and have not attended either the surgery mentioned or hospital mentioned. I have distinguishing features that means they are not confused with someone else and despite various quangos/public bodies knowing, nothing gets done, NOTHING.

Still awaiting the "urgent CT scan" from the other hospital that I am under. Oh well.  
On the positive side the above pic says I have lost 10kg.:-)))

Update;- just had a call giving me a date and time for the CT scan in  a couple of weeks.:-))
