'Night Garden'

When I picked up little B tonight from Ahma's house, she had tripped and fallen down 3 steps, landing on her nose and mouth. She was running to the front door to greet me as usual, but she suddenly turned around to get Aunty Leng to come with her and fell back down the stairs. Ended up with a blood nose and a fat lip. She's tough though and only cried for mummy for a few minutes.

Struggled to find a blip tonight, tried a few different objects in the house, but weren't satisfied. Went outside, (hoping for some inspiration from a change of scenery) set a high F stop (because it was too dark for me to see what I was focusing on), long exposure and crossed my fingers.

This is the result, the Japanese bamboo at our front entry.

Nothing stunning, but at least I feel I've done my chore for the day.
