The Tour de Yorkshire on its way to Tickhill

I went into the village today and saw lots of examples of the preparations for the Tour de Yorkshire which will come through the village on 30th April. I decided to blip this one because as well as the bike (see extra for focus on a different bike) it shows the wonderful Buttercross and the old water Pump erected in 1897 and a subject of a very early blip by me.

It's been a wonderfully bright and warm day but clouded over when I heard of the untimely death of Victoria Wood, such a wonderful comedienne and just 62. RIP VIctoria.
