Wasted Day

Waited in all day for the plumber to call to fix a leak in the cistern (he was supposed to have fixed it 3 weeks ago, but it's still playing up!)  No show - why am I not surprised?  They are a law unto themselves!!

Enforced stay in made me do some housework and washing and the latter dried beautifully in the warm sunshine, so not an entirely wasted day:-)

The tulip is one of the first to open and appears to be a miniature, though I don't remember planting any.  Maybe it's just stunted!
