My beloved Oslo - floating sauna

Apartments are expensive in Oslo, and specially those with a view of the fiord and located by the sea. But this seems like a creative solution! 
Is she taking pictures for renting, selling , for an article or just for instagram? And what is the bucket of flowers doing there? 
Anyhow the sight made me smile :-)

Edit: The mystery is now solved. It is a floating sauna for those who like to swim in the fiord in the autumn to spring season. It is built to get attention to the need of a sauna ashore. One can book the sauna for 200, 250 or 300  NOK (about 30 Euro) per person.
