Feeling High

Like many other cities, Kitchener natives held a 420 festival to promote the legal possession & use of marijuana today; a fairly small crowd compared to that of Denver where we still lived two years ago.  Nonetheless, when the crowd lit up at 420 pm, I was feeling a bit high pretty soon, and I didn't even inhale.  (Meanwhile, the Canadian Minister of Health announced in a speech at the UN that a bill to legalize weed would be introduced in spring 2017.)
