Otter

When he was driving home late last night, D saw this dead otter by the side of the road, and brought it home to show me. There were no obvious marks of injury on it. It's a shame that this is the closest I have ever been to such a beautiful wild animal. The webbed paws were particularly interesting, and the thick fur was lovely and soft.
