Solace: Day 5

Here's The Man working hard at the locks again. (I've been doing my bit to help.)

I needed some shopping so we had a walk into the very lovely village of Audlem with its impressively sited Parish Church and its wonderful little shops. The Man had lost his Nicholson's Waterways Guide so I took the opportunity to buy him a new one at a very nice Chandlers. Guide #4 seems prone to flinging itself off the roof into the canal. This is the third we've bought!
