The Queen's 90th Birthday Celebrations, Wren Hall, Wroxall, Warwickshire.

Barbara was incensed to learn that contrary to her instructions, Parker was to be found in the beer tent. Here she is demonstrating her favoured knuckle sandwich to the windpipe.

Of course, it was not just The Queen who was born in 1926 and many women born that year will have celebrated their 90th birthday by now. Not  Vivian Maier  however, who died this day in 2009, aged 83.
