Layers of Vegetation

The different colours and textures of the layers of vegetation caught my eye driving home. From the rushy field in the foreground to the leafless  deciduous trees and dark conifers, the grassy meadow beyond and finally the bare rock and fernane grass of the mountain in the distance.
