Complete cheat, but good still!

Today my sister complained that she couldn't find a picture anywhere of my wonderful Christmas treat the Chocolate Pohutukawa log. So I found her a picture, and duly sent it to her. But it made me think that it might be nice to blip it as well. It is a chocolate sponge, filled with boysenberry curd and custard cream, topped with ganache, handmade chocolate "NZ Christmas tree" flowers and chocolate leaves. Kind of wish it was Christmas!
